Clermont moved from Canada to Costa Rica in 2004 and have resided in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste since that time. Once here, he became aware of the fact that local buildings and other structures were not built to required Costa Rica guidelines and/or North American standards creating deficiencies which affected the overall quality of the buildings.  To meet the needs of the homeowner and local businessman, he started he own company in renovation.
